I would recommend Lerage to anyone who wants beauty treatment. I was going with the thought that the pain would be horribl, we have all seen the adverts and the comedy shows, when I went for my bsc.Well I can tell you that at lerage I did not get much pain at all. A slight pain when the wax hot wax was applied and then tugged but nothing to write home about. The personel were friendly and Michelle who performed my treatment was excellent. I cannot praise her enough.
There is one thing I did wrong that was to where Jeans. I would recommend loose fitting clothing around the area should been warn and not walk around town after.

As usual can't complain about a thing!
Though I was thinking maybe you could put a little bin in the treatment rooms so we have somewhere to dispose of the disposable thongs.

Really pleased with service today, really friendly staff, made you feel very welcome and at ease with all the pain. Defo recommend to all male clients.

The Girls are really friendly and the treatments are very good. The Waxing teatments are far better then anywhere else.

Very impressive. Friendly staff that are willing to help and advise you about any extra problems even if it is not to do with the treatment you went in for. Price is really reasonable. Great student discount and offers! The only thing I would perhaps suggest is taking a bit longer on the each customer's appointment. Still great service! This would just boost the customer satisfaction.

It was a really good experience, i felt comfortable and i will definately go back!! Maybe improve the seating area in the reception! make it a bit more comfortable and welcoming! however this was not a fault, i had a really good experience with lerage.

I enjoyed my visit to Lerage because Janet was really friendly, made me feel really at ease. The salon is nice and relaxing, the treatment was carried out efficiently but to an excellent quality. Very happy with the experience.

i wasn't happy with my waxing experience. although she was very friendly and patience too many hairs were left, i had to go home and neaten myself up. i was very disappointed once i was home and able to see pass the redness. i felt the treatment was rushed and therefore the quality of the procedure became very poor.

We are sorry to hear that you left the salon disatissfied

With bikini waxing we tend to leave the client alone in the treatment room in order to check the 'intimate' areas a little more thoroughly and in private

It is possible that, on this ocassion, your therapist did not remind you to perform this check before dressing

You are more than welcome to return to the salon and one of our therapists could tweeze away any remaining stray hairs

Please do get in touch so that we can address your complaint and, hopefully, regain your confidence in the team

I enjoyed my visit to Lerage because its was professional and quick. I am disabled and sadly there was no low seats to sit on in reception so I was unable to sit down whilst waiting. Nikki asked me if nicely if I was able to move my legs in certain position which made me feel comfortable.

The treatment is by far the best thing about lerage as it gets done quickly, efficeiently and their is always a quality finish. The customer service and professionalism is great, although that's how all places should be I feel. The only negative thing would be the price, I only get a bikini every month and as a student feel even at the discounted price for 20pounds is still alot. A few mre kwid knocked down would really help :) Apart from that, great!!

The only, minor, issue I had was that the seats in reception are not that comfortable! I came with a friend and had to wait half an hour while she had her treatment - those seats don't appear to be designed to be sat on for that long! No support for your back and not much for support if you have short legs. Other than that, everything was great, thank you :-)

great service, always made to feel at ease, quick and efficient. I would never normally travel into city centre for a wax but it is worth it so i make the trip every 4 weeks!

I enjoyed my visit to Lerage because my therapist Michelle made a rather awkward / embarrassing session into a surprisingly pleasant experience (well as pleasant as having all your bits waxed can be!).

She made me feel comfortable, explained everything well and was very good at distracting you from what's being done to you.

I enjoyed my visit to Lerage because Louise was fantastic, I've never had so much done in such a short a space of time with such great results. Best of all no sticky bits so I could go bare legged straight away. Not a single hair missed and felt totally at ease the entire way through. Have already booked my next appointment and have recommended to everyone I know!
